Daily Maintenance:
1. Water Stains or Slight Stain

It can be wiped off by washcloth soaked with detergent or soap .
Kingkonree can supply "Cif" detergent if you need 
 
2. Scratch on Surface
1) Slight acratch:
A. Using 180-400 grit sandpaper to wipe it away, and cleaning again with washcloth .
B. To reach matte surface, polish it with 400-600 grit sandpaper to erase scratched .
C. Recovering it with detergent and washcloth 
2) Heavy scratch
It can be repaired by polisheing machine, and
clean again with washcloth .

    We have perfect QC system for the perfect products, we inspect 4 times. A team 
with more than 6 years experienced who will defect the goods quality and 
specifications  piece by piece carefully. Also, we accept all inspection for all products.

5. What kind packing material do you use ? 

    All packing material we use E0 standard, formaldehyde content of the European 
standard.

6. Can I get some small samples? 

    Samples are available for free, but the courier cost should be collect except the 
long-tern partners. So, please inform us the courier account or prepay the courier 
cost  though our Western Union or T/T.

7. Do you have any certificates? 

    Yes. All products have passed by CE / SGS and UL Third-party certification

8. When the orders can be finished? How long can I receive my products?

    1)Normally, one 20ft container products can be finish on 15-20 working days 
    (Depend on the quantity and requirement.)
    2)Loading port from Shenzhen,China, delivery time is as following:
    To Western European main ports: about 27 days.
    To Western coast of America: about 15 days.
    To Eastern coast of America: about 30 days.
